Privacy Policy

Effective June 7, 2026

AVOWAL is a technology platform operated by A2BE, Inc. This policy explains what information AVOWAL collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled. It applies to the AVOWAL website and the AVOWAL mobile app.

What we collect

AVOWAL collects only the information needed to authenticate you and operate your matters. We do not collect data for advertising, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

DataWhy we collect it
NameIdentifies you on your account and matters.
Email addressUsed as your sign-in identifier and for matter-related communication.
Account identifierA unique user ID issued at sign-up to link your session to your records.
Matter informationThe documents, filings, and details you or your attorney add to a matter.

All four categories are linked to your identity and are used solely for app functionality. None of it is used for tracking.

How sign-in works

Authentication runs on Amazon Cognito. When you sign in, your email and password are sent over an encrypted connection to obtain a session token. The AVOWAL mobile app keeps your sign-in token in the device Keychain and in memory only. AVOWAL never stores your password.

How we use your information

Tracking

AVOWAL does not track you. There is no third-party advertising, no cross-app or cross-site tracking, and no advertising identifiers. The mobile app declares no tracking in its App Store privacy report.

How we share information

AVOWAL does not sell your information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Sign-in is handled by Amazon Cognito and protected by token-based sessions. Access to matter records is restricted to your account and the attorney engaged on your matter.

Data retention

We keep your account and matter information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, professional-responsibility, and recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion as described below; some records tied to completed legal work may be retained where law or professional rules require.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing aria@arprose.com. We respond within one business day.

Children

AVOWAL is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
